(Smart Home & Interior Design Project – Mallorca)

In this 145 m² apartment in Mallorca, we transformed a blank canvas into a connected, design-forward home tailored entirely to our client’s lifestyle. Our goal was to combine modern interior design, personal shopping, and smart home technology into one seamless experience that balances beauty, comfort, and innovation.

To achieve the desired aesthetic, we blended contemporary lines with a chic oriental influence, creating a refined yet inviting atmosphere. The kitchen became the true heart of the home, redesigned around a central island that serves both as a functional workspace and a welcoming dining area — perfectly aligned with the client’s vision for a social, family-centered space.

Beyond aesthetics, we focused on enhancing daily living through smart wireless technologies. Lighting, temperature, and entertainment systems were seamlessly connected, adapting intuitively to the family’s routines. A smart screen in the kitchen, for example, allows parents to monitor their children while enjoying a film — a simple yet powerful illustration of how thoughtful design and technology can work together to make life more effortless.
